Cloverleaf Amenity Upgrades

Committed to maintaining its position as the best value in the Kansas City office market, the Owner and Management Team of Cloverleaf Office Park are excited to announce the Park’s most recent updates.

“Our deep understanding of the evolving demands of Kansas City area tenants, along with ownership’s commitment to long-term stability and value, has led us to a tremendous undertaking,” said Ned O’Connor, Founder of Waterford Property Company, leasing agent and asset manager for Cloverleaf.

Recent improvements include 24-hour motion-activated surveillance security camera system, and upgraded building access systems.Also added to the Park are solar-powered tables, which allow tenants to unplug from the office and plug-in outside, accessing the exterior park-wide wi-fi.

Cloverleaf now has two (2) conference rooms which are available at no cost to all tenants.One conference room can hold up to 30 people, while the other will allow up to 42 people per meeting or event.

The crown jewel of the Park’s recent updates is Founder’s Park, an entertainment area outfitted with a cooking island with 2 gas grills, café style tables and chairs, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an Ipe wood bench, concrete table tennis and bag toss game area.
