Committed to maintaining its position as the best value in the Kansas City office market, the Owner and Management Team of Cloverleaf Office Park are excited to announce the Park’s most recent updates.

“Our deep understanding of the evolving demands of Kansas City area tenants, along with ownership’s commitment to long-term stability and value, has led us to a tremendous undertaking,” said Ned O’Connor, Founder of Waterford Property Company, leasing agent and asset manager for Cloverleaf.

Recent improvements include 24-hour motion-activated surveillance security camera system and upgraded building access systems. Cloverleaf offers free shredding service to all tenants, located in centralized buildings within the park. Also added to the park are solar-powered tables, which allow tenants to unplug from the office and plug-in outside, accessing the exterior park-wide wi-fi.

In 2020, with the spread of COVID-19, the owners and management team at Cloverleaf decided to take a proactive step in improving the safety and health of all tenants by installing an Ultraviolet (UV) lighting system in all buildings, which kills 99.9% of all airborne bacteria, molds and viruses as the air is filtered through the air conditioning and heating system.

Cloverleaf now has three (3) conference rooms which are available at no cost to all tenants. The conference rooms’ sizes vary, accommodating between 30-45 people each. One conference room is also located next to Cloverleaf’s wellness room, available to all tenants to relax, breastfeed, or unwind during the day.

The park’s crown jewel is Founder’s Park, an entertainment area outfitted with a cooking island with 2 gas grills, café style tables, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an Ipe wood bench, a game area with table tennis and bag toss, and a walking path adorned with trees and memorials to important members of the park’s history. This area is free to reserve by tenants for outdoor events and socials.
